"Ripple Effect" Training & Development Group a division of Digital Ripple
The Ripple Effect training and development group exists to help people move powerfully into the new digital economy.
Our flagship training program is the "Support your Support Staff, Trimtab Program".
What is a trimtab? It's the little rudder that drives the big rudder, that drives the entire ship. Your support staff are your organization's trimtab: make sure they are on the right course.
The business world is being transformed by a global information economy. Your support staff has to be able to deal with a myriad of problems, changes, and day-to-day stresses of their job. Frontline staff represent your company to the outside world, and how they handle themselves with your customers can either help you or hurt you. The role takes a tremendous amount of emotional maturity, patience and communication abilities.
Trimtab Training is a cross-disciplinary approach to support individual growth. We approach all our students with curiousity and respect, and help lead them to new information about themselves and their job-related behaviour that is vital for personal and organizational growth. The program provides an opportunity for support staff to step away from the desk for a few days, look deeply at their behaviours, their actions, and their on-the-job results. It is a unique blend of a dynamic psychology, technological adaptation, and individual and group learning. Contact us for Course registration and schedules.
